Yes. UAE customers can return products within 7 days in their original condition. International customers can also return items, but return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a refund or replacement as per your preference.
We document each product’s condition with photos and videos before dispatch. This protects both the customer and us in case of disputes about the product’s condition.
Yes, we offer international shipping. Return shipping costs outside the UAE are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using tracked courier services.
