We ensure all product listings are accurate, including descriptions, images, and videos. Each product shown is real and documented before delivery. Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings.

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless cash or card on delivery mode is selected. Prices are in AED or converted from it and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason including suspected fraud or stock issues and will inform the customer about the cancellation of their order.

Orders are dispatched with photo/video evidence of their condition. Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and contact support within 24 hours if there are any issues.

Customers in the UAE can return items within 7 days if the product is in the exact condition as delivered. Photo/video proof is taken before dispatch. Returns outside the UAE are accepted, but the customer pays for return shipping. Refunds or replacements are issued after inspection.

Customers must create an account using their mobile number and email. No password is used — instead, a secure OTP is sent for every login. Customer data is securely stored.

We collect name, mobile, email, address, and purchase history. This information is used for order processing and customer support. We do not share data with third parties, except delivery partners and payment processors. No passwords are stored.

All customer data is stored securely with encrypted storage and restricted access. Customers can request to view, update, or delete their data by contacting [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
